Dear Readers,
Now that you know a bit about my past, you might see the transformation—how my life, priorities, beliefs, and mindset have completely evolved over the years. Back then, I thought that was it. I figured if everyone around me was doing it, then maybe I should too.
But here’s the truth: “It’s hard to change something we aren’t even aware of.” My life was about survival, living in fear, over-analyzing everything, and harboring a lot of anger toward myself and the world.
Moving to Amsterdam brought a shift I hadn’t expected. There, I met fascinating people who completely changed my outlook. For the first time, I heard phrases like, “I’ve never worked a 9-to-5,” “Do you meditate?” “Have you tried breathing exercises?” “You can change yourself, your thoughts, your emotions,” “Do you love yourself?” “Just like you train your body, you have to train your mind.“These were the kinds of questions that started to reshape my view of life.
Until then, conversations about dreams, personal growth, or self-discovery had been rare, if they existed at all. The idea of nurturing the “body-mind-soul” connection was new to me. It became clear that true well-being means caring for all three—body, mind, and soul—not just the physical. It felt like discovering a missing piece of a long-lost puzzle, and it resonated deeply.
So, I tried. And I haven’t stopped since. The emotions that surfaced were like nothing I’d ever experienced—pure, real, and emerging from within. Each day, week, and month brings a sense of growth, little by little. Some days, the feelings are so profound, they seem beyond words.
What’s even more beautiful? This journey never ends. It only gets better. How amazing is that? We’re blessed with this ability to practice anywhere, anytime, completely free of charge. How incredible is that? Life truly is wonderful and beautiful!
