The hour-long sessions incorporate a short lecture and an interactive masterclass. We will present 20 minutes of scientifically proven theory behind the benefits of Breathwork, followed by 30 minutes of Breathwork practice.

Your team will leave energized and empowered, equipped with invaluable knowledge around the effects of proper breathing and why we should pay attention, along with experiencing the profound and immediate relief that mindful breathing brings.

To close the session, we will spend 10 minutes reflecting on our practice and there will be space for a Q and A.

Jakub offers these workshops either inhouse at your office or online, whichever is most convenient for you and your team. There is also the option for the session to take place during your team’s Lunch - for an extra relaxing breaktime experience.

    Breathing affects every aspect of our life and therefore it’s essential to maximize its possibilities. The better we breathe, the more we oxygenate our organs (brain, heart, lungs etc.) and the muscles and cells in our body.

    This Breathwork Sessions consists of 30 minutes practicing different breathing techniques, experiencing the power of breath and feeling the immediate and profound effects, followed by a 30 minute consultation.

    The various techniques we cover will result in increased production of red blood cells, helping to maximize the body's oxygenation, in turn leading to reduced stress, more energy, better sleep, mental clarity, weight loss, and improved mental and physical performance.

    Movement & Physical Performance

    Movement plays a major role in maintaining our health and is often one of the best medicines for recovering or healing from injuries. Jakub has over five year experience working as a personal trainer, so has a good understanding of how movement can heal the body. That said, this session is less focused on personal training, and more on teaching you techniques to take away.

    This 60 minute, 1:1 consultation explains and demonstrates the correct techniques for functional body exercises and also using some simple equipment. The main focus here is on flexibility, mobility and strength, helping you to feel great in your own skin, without pain whilst preventing any possible injury!

    The exercises are focused on:

    • Improving blood circulation.
    • Strengthening muscles and joints.
    • Improving posture.

    And because everyone is unique and different, this session is truly personalized and customized to your body’s needs with various techniques, postures or exercises tailored to your body.
